I can't book?

If you are having general problems using the site please contact us for assistance.

Can my child do half days?

Unfortunately we don't offer half days or early collection as this can disrupt the other children.

Do you offer extended care?

Yes we offer a breakfast club from 8 – 9 and chill zone out from 4 – 5:30pm for an extra charge. This is only available if it has been pre-booked. There is no late club on a Friday,  Mini Zone do not offer a late club.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes, please see our payment section for details.

Can I spread the cost of my booking?

Yes you can spread out your payment over the period until your booking is due.

Can I pay part with childcare vouchers and part credit card?

Yes you can do this on our booking system.

Do you provide lunch?

No you will need send your child to The Zone with a nut free packed lunch.

What if my child is ill?

If your child is ill and cannot attend The Zone we will do our best to accommodate your child on another date if there is availability. 

If your child is ill whilst at The Zone we will contact you or one of your emergency contacts.

What if a child at FunZone tests positive for COVID-19? 

We will follow the advice of Public Health England regarding isolation requirements and inform any parents affected.

What if my child or a family member is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and has to self isolate?

You should self-isolate and contact us to talk about your booking.  We will either re-book your child for another time if possible or offer you a credit note.

Can my children be together?

We find that children enjoy themselves more in their correct age groups, but if you would like your children to be together the older child would have to join the younger group if applicable.

This is not applicable to Mini-Zone or Sports Zone Plus.
