What to Bring
Please make sure everything you send in is clearly named so we can return it to you.
Please come to the main school gates and head to the Sports Hall, you will be given the password for the day. The gate will open at 9am and will close around 9.10am. Please do try to arrive on time, however, if you are late there is a number on the gate to call.
Pick up will be from the Sports Hall, we will dismiss the children to you. Please ensure that you know the password.
Things to remember:
- Medication – epi-pens etc, if your child forgets medication, we cannot accept them
- Packed lunch and snacks - nothing containing nuts including Nutella sandwiches and bars
- Large water bottle
- Tuck money – around £1 - £2 is about right
- Swimming kit
- Long sleeves and socks on inflatable day to prevent friction burns
Please ensure everything is named. Keeping your children safe is our main concern, bringing these items to camp with you every day helps us do this. Please bring weather appropriate clothes.
The Zone – Camp Leaders – Julia Adams or Jo Twyford
Mini Zone – Lead: Eylissa Danbury
Children will take part in a variety of activities including sports, art and craft, adventure games, cookery and more. They will follow a varied timetable which will change daily.
If you have any questions regarding bookings please e-mail email@example.com in the first instance. The telephone number for daily occurrences, e.g. you are running late is 07555 319719
Please note that the camp closes at 4pm, for standard hours and 5.30pm for those with a late finish, there is a charge for late collection of £8 which is incurred every 15 minutes. Please refer to the terms and conditions on our website for further information on charges.
Children should wear clothing and footwear suitable for running around in. We can get messy so please don't send them in their best clothes.
A packed lunch should be brought with a snack and a large water bottle, we have plenty of places to top this up. Please send extra snacks if they are attending Chill Zone as they are often very hungry again by then! You are welcome to send in a dry breakfast if your child is starting early.
We have a tuck shop available offering snacks and drinks therefore children may bring a small amount of money to purchase something.
We try to get the children outside whatever the weather, so in winter a warm coat is needed.
Children should bring their swimming kit for when we are swimming. All children may swim (even non-swimmers); they are supervised by a qualified swimming instructor and lifeguard. Swimming sessions are fun swims and not lessons. Children will be tested for swimming ability by the swimming coach and appropriate swimming aids will be provided if required.
Please ensure your child has socks in their bag as they will need them if we have an inflatable.
