Our Philosophy

Catch up with friends and make new ones!

The Zone is a multi activity day camp operating from Banstead Prep School, on Sutton Lane in Banstead. We welcome children from all schools, that are currently in Nursery to those currently in Year 6 (up to age 12 - entering Y7, in the summer).  As a well-respected school we understand children’s needs and you can be assured that they will be safeguarded in a friendly school environment. Our focus is on the children having lots of fun and making new memories.

We have been operating for 10 years in Banstead so we have plenty of experience of caring for children.

Our camp is managed and run by school admin staff as well as our Zone assistants, many of whom are alumni of The Zone, so you can be sure that your children are in great hands and will have lots of fun.

Nursery and Pre-school children are cared for in our school Nursery (Mini Zone), led by qualified Nursery staff; their activities will still be themed around our zones.

For those children that attend the school it is a familiar environment where they already feel safe - and a great way for new starters to get to know the school site and meet children from their year group. For those who do not attend Banstead Prep, it is a great opportunity to make new friends in the local area.

Ages and Zones

The Zone caters for children aged 4 – 11 (up to age 12 - entering Y7, in the Summer only).

The Zone itself encompasses all the different zones; Creative, Sports, Adventure, Challenge and Special.

Children will be split into groups based on age. 

Mini

In the Mini Zone we care for children from age 3.

The Mini Zone encompasses all the zones, however they will be based in the school Nursery. Please note that there is no late club for the Mini-Zoners.
