Payment is made via our booking website run by Magic Bookings

We accept payment by credit or debit card, childcare vouchers or a combination of the two.  There is also the option to spread the cost of your payment if you wish to.

If you choose to pay by childcare voucher you must e-mail us with the amount paid and the voucher provider so the finance team can allocate your payment to us.  If you do not do this your booking may be cancelled.

We accept most Childcare vouchers and Goverment Tax Free Childcare (TFC). If possible add the reference ZONECHILDSURNAME eg ZoneSMITH so we are able to locate your payment quickly. Payments are to UCST/Banstead Prep and not The Zone. Please check with us if you are unsure.

For payments with My Family Care - you MUST book online with us first and select childcare vouchers or your request will be rejected.
